Our industry wouldn’t exist without the trust and respect of players. And our company wouldn’t be where it is today had we not incorporated principles of fair play and responsible gaming into our ethos from the very beginning. Read on to find out what responsible gaming means to us.
We are immensely proud to have played a central role in the rise of eCOGRA (e-Commerce and Online Game Regulation and Assurance) from the organisation we co-founded in 2003 to the online gaming industry’s most trusted and respected independent authority. A management buyout in 2011 reinforced eCOGRA’s independent status, assuring players and regulators of the body’s incontrovertible integrity, neutrality and autonomy.
Supporting our local economy and community is hugely important to us, which is exactly why we became a member of the Manx e-Gaming Association (MeGA), whose objective is to maintain the Isle of Man’s position as an international leader in e-gaming. Our reach may be global, but our focus on corporate social responsibility begins at home.
Betting and Gaming Council
Our membership of the Betting and Gaming Council (BGC) highlights our responsibility to the industry in which we operate. Representing approximately 90 percent of the UK betting and gaming industry, the BGC is the single industry association for betting and gaming, representing betting shops, online gaming businesses and casinos.
Our casino and poker products are regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), which is the regulatory body responsible for the governance of all gaming activities in Malta.
We are licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission, which was established under the Gambling Act 2005 to regulate commercial gambling in Great Britain. Details of our licence can be obtained here.
